"For starters, this place has the worst customer service of any 7-Eleven I’ve ever been to. Secondly I tried to make a transaction there today and my bank blocked. It literally telling me they’re so much fraud at this location that they’re not allowing transactions there anymore. I’m looking through the reviews and I see a bunch of people talking about their cards getting scammed or fraudulent transactions and when I tried to tell the manager she said it was my fault. The employees are always arguin with customers amd not helping them. Probably because they’re scammers. I’ll be calling corporate. 711 NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS GRIMEY FRAUDULENT STORE!!!! They need new management"

"I came to this store a year ago and was wrongfully accused of stealing a Gatorade by Wesley Barnes. I pull into the gas station and begin to pump my gas. As my back was turned Wesley approached me aggressively, startling me. Wesley sternly asked if I walked out of the store with a Gatorade and I say no then he storms off. Wesley did not introduce himself to me nor was he polite during this interaction. After all of that I ironically did get thirsty and purchased a bottled water. I ask Wesley what was all that about he rudely told me to mind my business. I sternly reminded Wesley that he approached my vehicle in a aggressive manner while my back was turned and mentioned it was not appreciated. Wesley and I got into a heated yelling match and luckily I was able to record him trying to justify the way he approached me. I have called corporate and I tried contacting the better business bureau and nothing has happened and based on the reviews I see that this is still happening. That kind of behavior needs to be addressed if your clerks continue to accuse individuals of stealing your company will get sued. I was thinking about giving this store another chance eventually but I do not feel comfortable or safe giving them my money. I don’t want anyone to sneak up behind me and aggressively accuse me of something I have not done"

"Do not go here, pump took my gas money and they wouldn’t do anything about it. Yes they do have the money to pay it themselves if need be, they can handle a little gas loss. Will be making a further complaint if the money isn’t returned my card. Update: the money has NOT been returned to my card as I was told it would be and when I tried calling I was hung up on before I could even get out a sentence. Let’s see how things go when I drive there and have a nice chat with the manager for this terrible service."

"I am not rating the store as I only walked through it to use the ladies room. There is only a unisex bathroom and it was worse than disgusting. My husband also got timed out of the gas pump twice. Instructions are not clear but he got it right on the 3rd time. If you need a public bathroom, Dave and Busters is nearby and those bathroom are meticulously clean."

"Ths store has the rudest clerk I've ever encountered. One time, I went in to pre-pay for gas, and he made some comment about how I needed to pay for it. (Um, obviously...that's why I was at the register, card in hand.) Another time, he screamed "GET OUT" at me after I paid. I'd had no interactions with him or the other store staff before that, and I'm 5'1" and white, so I'm no physical threat and probably wasn't racially profiled. It was odd to say the least."
