"We were regular customers at this location before relocating out of state. After our most recent experience there, we were disappointed to find it under new management and the new owners unfriendly. I agree with the reviewer regarding the woman behind the register with the polka dot bandana. She was rude and shouldn't be waiting on customers. The next time we're in MD, we'll be sure to avoid this location."

"Seems this guy has quite the reputation on reviews for not wanting to do anything he doesn’t prefer. I asked him to warm up an apple fritter for 15 seconds in the oven that they use for breakfast sandwiches and he refused. I said all the other Dunkin’s around do this for me and he said hang on and walked to the lady running the register who said “oh, you want a refund?” I told her no I want an apple fritter warmed up - she said well I’ll give you a refund so you can go somewhere else. I told her I didn’t have time for that and she just walked away. I stood waiting until I had to ask if they were going to give me what I paid for. The fritter was then tossed into a bag and onto the counter. As I left they stood doing nothing and glaring at me as I walked out. I could totally understand not doing something extra if they were super busy, but it was 11:30am on a Monday. Sorry for asking for a bit of customer service and 15sec of your time, jerk."

"Asked for steam almond milk in coffee. Was informed by manager, No it takes too long . Wow …. Then got nasty and said , I will make it , but it will cost more! I didn’t mine the cost, I did mine the lack of respect for customer service . Even though the cost of the coffee was $2.36, the principle is stop treating customers disrespectful."

"I love coffee, I like DD, but not at this location. I ordered large hot coffee with cream and blueberry flavor. They tend not to listen customers orders. Oh well one star for not listen customers , adding sugar and forget to add blubbery. Thanks !"

"The Texas Toast was buttery and flakey and made this Turkey Sausage Egg and Cheddar Cheese breakfast sandwich pretty good for it to be from DD. I also put jelly on it which gave it a nice extra kick! This was my first time at this location and it was better than other locations I have been too. I would definitely get this again! Customer Service was fine also."
