"Giving this Royal Farms three stars. Their hot food and coffee are always on point. They do have restroom here, so that a plus. THE ISSUE I HAD WITH THIS PLACE IS THEIR PASTRIES, I BOUGHT A MUFFIN AND Opened IT UP AND WAS MOLD. I LOOK AT THE BAG IT HAD ALREADY EXPIRE FOR TWO MONTHS. JUST LOOK OUT FOR PACKAGED GOODS."

"Sending this from the parking lot. I purchased a half gal of tea, half gal of choc milk, 4x 2 litre bottles, cigarettes, a 5 hour energy, a chicken sub and a cup of jalapeño cheese. I apologize to the employee for disturbing them, but i had to inquire about a bag. Surely this buainess wouldnt make it difficult to buy multiple items. Employee said "They paper and 5 cents. Gimme a minute." I told her not to worry about it and subsequently made 2 trips to the car. I get it...the planet, trash, fossil fuels. Its not even the charge, but i used my bank card and really didnt wanna run it again for 15 cents. At that point, you give the guy a bag. Or help him to the car. At least offer. Its a shame that they have my chocolate milk and good chicken, otherwise there is a competitor literally across the street. For shame Royal Farms"

"I walked in to make an order for a 10 piece dark meat meal. I was about to grab a drink from the coolers, then the lady who was "making the chicken" aggressively yells at me "CHICKEN BOXES ONLY". I said "excuse me, but why?" She then exclaimed "cause that's what I'm doing now!" I honestly thought another staff member would ask if I needed help to remedy the situation, although the other employees just laughed at her/me and didn't assist me in anyway. I walked out right away and can safely guarantee that location will not get any more of my business. Save yourself time and visit a different location, such as the one on O'Donnell (right across the street) where I typically go. Everyone there is friendly and welcoming. So you all know I don't complain to complain, they are getting a 5/5."
