"I come in almost every morning after a long night at work, after I drop my kids off to school and I’m ALWAYS greeted by every employee in the store! Always told to have a great day, and even felt comfortable enough to share personal issues and situations with them when I just need to vent. I know they’re not counselors, but they offer such good advice when I need it, they’re basically family now! Each and every one of them are the sweetest souls and I look forward to coming in and seeing them! They also do such a good job keeping things clean and organized/stocked. They’re right on it!! Love the store, love the employees ❤️❤️❤️"

"The chicken and fried items used to be their "bread & butter." Not anymore. The company tried to save money by basically downsizing all of their items. The chicken breast doesn't even cover the whole roll it is placed on. The bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich at ROFO is smaller than a biscuit from Chick-fil-A. Their fountain drinks also came way down in size, yet not price."

"I came in here with my mom on 9/25 around 1:30pm and we went to buy cigarettes. We asked one lady for them and she looked at us and just walked away. She didn't say a single word to us. She worked there she had a name badge on but it was turned around so you couldn't see her name. So another lady came over I said "Oh hi can I get cigarettes please". She just stares at me and with an attitude says "Are you going to tell me what kind". So I tell her. She gets them. Another customer walked up to the self-checkout next to us and she said to him "Hey hun how are you doing today". I felt like I wasn't important enough for her to greet me. (Her name badge was also turned around but the guy she greeted called her Mrs.Pat). I'll never go to this royal farms again after being treated like this."

"Never again. The worst convenience store I've ever been to. Got my order all wrong & the manager didn't even know how to refund money to a credit card by phone. Didn't know she could just void it since complaint was made within the hour. Also, the chubby girl serving the chicken doesn't know the difference between a chicken breast and a thigh. Sad. Royal Farms is really going down fast if this is the best they can do."
