"This is the first time we are having such a terrible experience at Solis. We had an appointment for my mom at 2:30 pm and reached there around 2:17 pm. Firstly, there was no one at the front reception and we sat there waiting for someone to come out. Was only aware of writing the details and time in a book at the front desk after another guy(2:45 pm appointment) walked in with his mom and writes on it. The receptionist/technician walks in after a long time, checks the book and calls the other guy who explains that it was us who came before them. We both explained that I had a 2:30 pm appointment and arrived earlier than him. Despite both of us mentioning it to her repeatedly, she chose to ignore. Well, if you are going to call random patients or according to the name and time entered on a front desk notebook, you should mention it on your website and avoid this facade of booking appointments and save everyone's time."
