"The person who I assume is the manager, a Hispanic man asked us if we needed any help. I proceeded to tell him I really liked a pair of jeans I saw online. He said he would check in the back since I had mentioned I didn’t see any in the store. He came back with various sizes and even offered to order some online for me for X-short length since I found they were too long for me. The other two store associates both female were also offering their suggestions and help. Everyone was super helpful, a unique experience for me at this store, even though I shop here often. Management is doing an amazing job keep up the great work and thank you to the manager who was really kind and helpful!"

"Definitely leaving one star because its needed to leave a review. If i walk into a location at 8:20 and you tell me “we close at 9” so we proceed to ask for help finding a size in a pair of jeans so we can try them on. You go look so we are waiting for the jeans, just for the employee to say “oh the fitting rooms are locked now” ITS 8:30 and now the fitting room is locked but you said we could try them on. When we let the issue go and bring it up to the cashier we are told “oh we close at 8:30” but earlier you said 9pm. I understand its the end of the day but if you have multiple people in the store shopping and you close at 9. Why say you closed at 8:30 and your manager told you to not let us try on the jeans. Poor customer service point blank period when I was in retail you worked until the closing time. Store #02075 Cashier EA6239 definitely no help either. Manager is looking over and not trying to help either. Shop online if needed and if they dont fit then go in store so they can do some work."

"I don't understand the poor reviews of this location! I had the most amazing customer service at this location. I wish I had the name of the guy who helped me because he was just awesome. I made a return of 2 pairs of jeans ordered online that didn't fit. He listened to me when i said what didnt work for me with them (I need stretch jeans) and saw the style of jeans i was returning and knew exactly the look I was going for and suggested some other options. His suggestion was spot on!! He even came to the back to the fitting rooms to check and see how I liked them on, if I needed a different size, etc. What really drove it home was he remembered my name and complimented the fit of the jeans. I've recently lost 80lbs so I really don't know how to dress my "new" body. He made me feel great and honestly I loved the jeans but his second opinion really sold me on them. My boyfriend who was with me was also really impressed by the customer service. When I went to check out he had another pair of jeans to suggest that honestly are the y2k jeans of my dreams. They didn't have my size in stock but he helped me order them right then and there. I'm so excited for them to show up! This will for sure be my new go to AE location. Thanks for all your help today!"

"Employees at this store are illiterate and lack basic customer service skills. The sign on the store window said, “Take an Additional 50% Off Clearance.” That means to take an extra 50% off the last marked price. Long story short, they did not honor what the sign said, and said there is nothing we can do so do you want the items or not. If it’s the store, then they are false advertising, and if it’s the employees, then they need to be trained on retail sales. I won't be surprised if this one doesn't make it either. All employees had a nasty attitude not did they speak when entering the store."
