Reviews of Tommy Hilfiger
"I’ve been a customer for long time for Tommy Hilfiger until I face such uncomfortable moment. I was denied to use a fitting room with out giving any reason. It’s the manager whose name is Woone told one of the associates to close while I’m heading to fitting room to check for some sweaters. I questioned the manager later and he unprofessionally explained me “we close fitting room when the weather is cold since some people used to sleep inside”. Not sure if this is the company’s policy."
"store is super busy during the holidays but staff was attentive, Dewan was really helpful"
"I came to this store a last week to purchase items for my vacation. I was looking for some men’s polos and an older gentleman I believe possibly the manager named Don or something like that helped me find polos in the right sizes, colors and styles while also ensuring that I found everything to my liking. He super helpful and very professional !!"
"Before I get into my experience, this store is located off the entrance near Nordstrom Rack. Come into the entrance, walk down to the end of the hallway - you'll see Calvin Klein - make a right and the Tommy Hilfiger store will be on the right across from Ugg and Coach. Now to my experience... Service sucks. It's Christmas Eve, I see a puffer coat in the display window. I walk in to inquire about it. I see the first employee, a young Latino male. I described the cost as color blocked (see pics) and told him it was in the display window. He didn't know what I was talking about. He walked me outside the store so I could show him. On the way out, he told me that they don't have most of the stuff on display. the display items are just for display. (Enter a blank stare here) That didn't sound right, so I kept walking. I point and he goes, "Oh that's women'," points to the women's side of the store and walks away. What in the... I then realized the store is divided by gender. I walk to the women's side. I don't see the coat. I stop another employee, a young female Latina. She points at the coat and walks away. By then, I was done. I do try on the coat and realize there were no full sized mirrors on the floor so I walked to the back where the fitting room is located. I try it on there. The same young man that walked away from me when I first walked in walked by me. No, "Oh you found it!" or "Do you need a dressing room?" or "How does it fit?" Nothing. Nada. Just, "Excuse me," as he walks by me. I won't be back. Employees like these remind me the value of shopping online and the marginal value brick and mortar stores offer today."
"Came in to get a nice outfit for graduation, but the manager did not leave a good impression. When we asked for a fitting room, he stated they were closed even though there was already someone in there. Then he proceeded to follow us around the store. At the end when we paid for our items, he snatched the receipt from the cashier to look it over, as if to make sure we didn’t steal anything. Mind you we bought over $250 worth of items. In all honesty, I believe he took one look at our appearance and judged us from there. We will not be coming back. Only rating one star because the outfit I got was good."
