"They play music entirely too loud and a few of the girls working are not that friendly, only one of them greeted me while the other 2 stared at me. Brought in 3 totes of toys and clothes, they only took the name brand clothes and toys with tags on them. When I asked why they refused clothes and toys in very good condition minus a few items I was told it wasn't what they were currently looking for even though I checked the website before trying to sell. 3rd time this had happened so I will be looking for a different OUAC to sell to from now on."

"I like this store. Clean, and ting area. Although I did find some stains on a few items that are being resold. That was a big red flag. Uphold your standards a little better. Workers were kind and friendly."

"I needed to return a pair of shoes. They matched the wrong size. One shoe is size 3 , one is size 4. I had to bring them back. They insisted to asked me to bring the receipt. I still had the tag. The customer service was rude. I told them " that was not my fault that your people match the size wrong". Just rude. Very rude."

"They only care about accepting things that are name brands. Rather than having cute, affordable clothes for parents who could care less about a name brand. It’s a bunch of teenagers who are not parents who work here and only care about name brand or unopened items. It is suppose to be a gently used store, but they don’t accept anything without a tag or a large brand name. They will not take the time to look through your items because all they care about is getting it done as quickly as possible. If the person going through the items doesn’t personally like the style, regardless of how clean, stain free, and not faded that clothing is, they will refuse to buy it. You are better off going to the Niles location. They know there that the parents want affordable clothes regardless of it being brand name."
