"The room and view were great! My only complaints about the room are that there isn't a microwave and the toilet takes forever to refill the bowl. This makes it tough if you tend to do curtesy flushes. The hotel was nice and staff was great, but the parking was annoying. I have a Ram 2500 and there is nowhere to park it on your own. The street is limited to 3.5 hours and the parking garage is not tall enough. I was able to valet park, but they charge extra for "oversized" vehicles, so it was $65 per day for parking at the hotel. The parking situation was extremely frustrating and way more expensive than I was expecting. The staff was great with my 2 year old and they had a pack n play already set up in the room before we checked in."

"This hotel was fantastic in every way! The location is perfect for access to the museums on the National Mall and the wharf - very easy walks and very accessible. The staff is exceptionally friendly and the rooms are large, comfortable, beautifully appointed and quiet. The only slight negative was the shower - the pressure wasn't as strong as I prefer but it was a minor issue. I can't wait to stay there again!"

"Zero complaints about this property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and spacious and everything worked as it should. Love the Starbucks in the lobby. Breakfast buffet was great. Underground mall below the hotel with many food options. Walkable to the National Mall and many bars and restaurants. A+"
