"I called the store to purchase an item that was sold out on Lilly. I had some hesitations because it was an expensive item and I had not tried it on before. The return policy is also 7 days for refunds and I wan't sure how that would work when they ship an item. They were very nice and waived shipping for me, shipped it quickly and said the return window would start after I received the item! LOVE it!"
