"I have nothing but good things to say about the Butler VA. My wife and I were both extremely hesitant to even set our first appointments due to the VA horror stories we've heard from all over. While other VA facilities fall short, I have no complaints with this facility. Every interaction has been professional, timely, and friendly. From the medical care and availability of staff to answer questions, to the job fairs and sales, we have been pleasantly surprised. I went from waiting two years on active duty to get an MRI to about 10 days here."

"I remind my fellow veterans that the staffs at your VA facilities are excellent , especially Butler, but they are not miracle workers. You are part of the team and must do your best to keep yourself as healthy as possible. You can't demand " Doc, fix me" if you lead a dubious life-stlyle. I'm sorry but that is the fact. I am only a regular vet, nobody special, but I view it through reality lenses. Give it some thought...look at it from the other side."

"I’ve been to a few VA Hospitals and this one is by far the best I’ve ever been to. From presentation of the premises and lobby, to the doctors/nurses/therapists. Hands down beet service. I’ve gone into VA’s and walked away feeling like they just shrugged me off but not here, no sir. They helped me in so many ways from paper work to accommodating my needs. 5 stars all the way."

"I Received my first vaccine at the Butler VA on Saturday : this event was so perfectly organized. Every staff member involved in this event should be praised from: the va police upon initial entry,the men and women guiding vets through the process,the nurses involved in giving the shots and certainly the red cross attending to the vets....and the initial organizers.. I hope that I didn't miss anyone. I praise ALL of those involved. The process was easy and quite timely."
