St. Mary Imaging at Richboro

"I took my mother for images today and as we were walking up to the door, a women in scrubs was outside the door with keys. She then walked inside, door closing behind her. When I got to the door it was locked. The hours on the door say 4:30. I go next door and inquire why the door is locked at 4:20. The women at the counter tells me that they are not associated with next door even though it is St Mary's. She does call and they tell her they walk out the door at 4:30 so they shut down registration early so they can do just that. I can't imagine an entire registration and images could take less than 10 minutes if you were planning on walking out the door right at 4:30. So here is a novel idea, maybe post on your door/website that you stop taking patients for registration 30 minutes prior to closing. It is very frustrating planning to get my mom to a location to get images done to find out why there is pain only to be turned away for another day. This gets better though because I know I checked earlier in the day because I do work and I could have sworn it was open later. If the website for Richboro location would have told me 4:30, I would have left work earlier, but what did it tell me??? IT TOLD ME 8:00 PM Your website is WRONG!! You would think a major medical establishment would have correct information on their website. MAYBE TAKE THE TIME TO HAVE THE CORRECT INFORMATION AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC. My mother uses a walker and getting around is not easy for her. I am very frustrated with how the location closed early and the website was completely wrong. YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!"

"I’m not sure who does the billing here but wow it’s an impressively bad job. They’ve managed to “lose” my main insurance and supplemental insurance twice, even when scanning the copies and writing down all the information. St Mary’s hospital is notoriously bad but I didn’t realize the imaging center was awful too. If you don’t want to be dealing with Kemberton calling you to retrieve your insurance every day a couple months after your visit - DON’T GO HERE. Start hiring better staff."

"The staff was efficient and extremely friendly. I was in and out in 15 min. Carol, the technician that took my xray, was professional, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend the Richboro branch of St. Mary's imaging."

"My wife doesn’t complain about anything and she came home in tears after being stuck multiple times and missed by the tech. Do these nurses/techs even know what they are doing or do we just take anyone who can fog a window now? This might seem dramatic but she gets blood work done, donates, and donated plasma during covid and never once said a word. Do better."

"Staff were nice and I was taken back relatively quickly. 3 stars because they told me the ordering doctor would receive results the next day but 2 weeks later I'm hold trying to get my ultrasound results. Definitely disappointing.."
