"We went in and they had used game boxes on the shelf. My son chose one. Took it to the front. Employee said he "couldn't find it " I asked if he wanted to keep the box so others wouldn't do the same. Nope, back on the shelf it went. My older son picked a controller. There were about 4 cards for it on the wall. Took it to the register, it was scanned. Said "oh, it says we have zero of these in stock." So why four cards on the wall, like they're readily available? I understand that it's the day after Christmas and people are clearing it out, but it's just wrong to present that you have inventory that doesn't exist. It just leads to very frustrated customers."
