"I had a horrible experience with them this morning. No one was waiting. Then when someone spoke, not directed to me. I got a not you in a nasty manner. I was then told to go to room 2. A gentleman with a beard came in. Not friendly, didn't introduce himself to me and jabed my arm. He hit a muscle, I screamed, and jumped. Hed told me not to move. The pain was unbearable. Not even an apology. Then he got someone else to draw my blood. Not a problem. I think her name is Angie. Never had this experience there before. angie told me to go speak with him. Amazing, when I left, he was nowhere to be found. If you go there and see this man, easy to pick up, run. do not let him touch you. Not polite at all. Hope he is nicer to his own mother."
