"We come to DC every month. Members of their “rewards” program. Last month we called for our car half hour before like they told us to, we waited an hour after that for our car sitting with our luggage. We go to check in today and their terminals are down so we are not allowed to get a room and basically have to wait until they fix their system. No consideration that we are a member that comes every month, only that it’s against their policy to check in without a credit card so we can just wait or leave our luggage with valet. Horrible policy and no reason to be a person who stays often because they don’t care. May have to look for options to Marriott. This could be a two star review after our last two stays"

"The best hotel for sightseeing. Everything within walking distance. Beautiful staff. The most courteous people that I've ever met. Special mention Alisha at the front desk. And really everyone in the hotel from the concierge to the people in the restaurants and room service. I should have taken all the names but please thank them all from me."

"Had an issue with the sink drain in the first room and called the front desk, they sent the engineer up promptly and he was great. He was extremely accommodating and got us a new room right away (and was an upgraded room) since he needed time to fix the sink. He offered to help us move our luggage as well. Overall the hotel staff is excellent and I 100% recommend to anyone coming to D.C."
