"Worst service received. I came with my dad for his appointment which was at 7:30. Made us wait for 10-15 mins which was okay. However, the guy who worked there was very rude and unprofessional. Usually all the paperwork is in the system, but he told us to bring the physical paper. We asked him to print it and they can’t print it either even though everyone would guess the printer is for their use. Talked to another person who was working there and she showed no interest in helping my dad who was waiting for 1 hour and 27 mins to be exact. They need better team management and should be willing to help and not just sit at their jobs just to sit. Worst Quest to come to. Absolutely horrendous."

"Getting an appointment online is easy. But last visit 2 people had to draw my blood twice and I ended up with a huge bruise."

"Just got some bloodwork done there. They were very shorthanded, so they didn’t see me until about 15 minutes after my scheduled time which really wasn’t that bad all things considered. Keisha was very pleasant, patient, and explained everything very well. I do strongly suggest scheduling an appointment as opposed to walking in. There were about 10 people on standby and maybe about a half dozen with scheduled appointments after me (it was a Saturday morning, can’t speak to the wait times during the week). The ones on standby looked like they had been there for a while and were going to be there for a while longer"

"Service: Self check in at kiosk. Efficient nice workers. Aesthetic: Design concept is nice, but everything's just a bit dingy and worn. Replace chairs/rugs and slap on some new paint and it would look great. Cleanliness: The part that matters (counters, bathrooms, stations) seems clean. I was scared to go to this location because the low reviews, but I didn't run into any issues."

"When I first read some of the reviews, I was worried about what my experience would be here. When I first got there, there wasn’t anyone at the front desk, only am e check in kiosk. I checked in, and saw that the next appointment available was 10:40, so I just picked that one and sat down, with one person ahead of me. Maybe about 5-10 minutes later, someone brought me back and I competed what I needed to get done. Overall really nice experience"
