"Neighborhood didn’t look as rough as I expected. People of all walks of life seemed to be coming in and out of the restaurant. We aren’t from here but I saw a YouTube video that suggested this place for the wings and mumbo sauce. Only got a 2 wing combo with fries and the wings and fries were hot and fresh. Tasted like any other Chinese wings you’d get anywhere (delicious but nothing special or unique). I preferred the wings without the mumbo sauce but wanted to try since it was my first time in DC. As many of the reviews stated, the lady taking the orders has bad attitude but as long as you don’t take it personally that’s fine."

"Mumbo sauce is kind of bland. But I am glad they have crinkle cut fries. Lol….. The chicken wings were a good size, the food was hot and the shrimp roll was very tasty! But they did forget to add salt & pepper as requested. The woman behind the counter was not super friendly but I wouldn’t expect her to be. This is a rough neighborhood…and there is no air conditioning in her business."
