Imaging at St. Luke's University Hospital - Bethlehem

"Breast biopsy misread (left/right). I caught the error. Biopsy painful as hell. No painkillers before ir afer, oh, here are a few icepacks. They claim 'slight pinch'. Wrong! I wish i could add a photo of the aftermath. Doctor Lee wouldn't speak to me on the phone before, only after I was half naked on a gurney in a hospital gown. I get a phonecall from Melainie teliing me about the a scheduled surgery on the wrong breast. She never called me back. Funny, no one in the office knows who Melanie is. Then, as I am going into surgery, they ask me "Which side?" I tell them they ahould know. Painful, frustrating day."

"Awful. Ive had an injury that occurred four months ago, which I’ve had several doctors appointments where I’ve had to wait several hours. I’ve had two MRIs, and been given no result. Anytime I call them I just get referred to another person and bounced to another phone line that ends up on an answering machine that never responds to me."
