"This review is based as renting the meeting space and outside deck as a party venue. We planned a milestone birthday for my mother in July. It is a new facility so the grounds, the building, everything was very nicely designed. This building works as a backdrop for a party or a business setting. The large windows that overlooked the river provided some amazing views. The access to the decks and ponds also were inviting to explore with people attending the party. From the first time that we visited the site, the organizers were very accommodating and were willing to work with us to make sure the planning process did not hit any snags along the way. They worked with my event planner, and provided an awesome space for family and friends to gather. The website for planning events was very thorough, and they had almost all questions that we had answered in detail to make arrangement easy to plan. I would encourage anyone that would like to have a classy place to hold an event in this area to check it out. It is much cheaper than a hotel or restaurant, and I liked the idea of supporting a local university."
