"The phone listed here didn't seem to work so I had to make an appointment through the main Reading Tower Health number listed on the website. I got a next day X-ray appointment. Everything took 15 mins tops and I was out. Everyone was friendly."

"Do NOT go there. Their billing dpt has noooo idea what they are doing and try to get money from you when you clearly don’t owe it. I work with insurances everyday for my job. Know my benefits very clearly. Met my deductible and they tried to call and collect it from me. I’m sitting here looking at the big fat zero left of it but they wouldn’t listen to me. Then they illegally refused to give me my Rx so I could go elsewhere. Every patient is legally allowed to get copies of their medical records!"

"Went for X-ray of joints. Tech was very nice and courteous. Security and receptionist as well. Wait time was minimal and they offer a high degree of privacy during the check in process which was much appreciated….. because I don’t like hearing peoples DOB, phone # and address information during this process."

"If your appointment is at 7:30am it’s not. It’s at 7:45. If you come early for your appointment you’ll be met with locked doors. Scheduling doesn’t tell you that your appointment is at 7:45 and they have you coming 15 minutes early so you don’t need to come early to get paperwork done to be respectful of their time. They’re not respectful of your time."
