"Foong Lin has been my neighborhood Chinese restaurant for decades (remember when they were back on Fairmont and Norfolk Aves? Back when George used to greet you by name on the way in?). Not sure what’s going on in the kitchen, but my Szechuan crispy beef tonight was more like a pile of fried gristle with very little meat (and for $22, totally not worth it). Now, the wonton soup, stellar, but I’m super disappointed with this entrée"

"Went in today for just a quick lunch with kids. Overpriced regular quality Chinese food. It was OK for kids. I made a mistake by ordering one of their specials-squid. Rough, chewy dish. Prior to ordering, I did ask him if it was well cooked and soft. They said yes. When I mentioned this to our waiter, she was absolutely unconcerned. I used to get a takeout from them and now I think I’m done."

"Cool tiki bar/Asian restaurant in Downtown Bethesda. I was in town for work and my coworkers and I were in the mood for.Asian cuisine and this spot had something for all of us. It seems to be a very popular spot, but we were still able to get a table for 6 with no reservations and no waiting. They have signature cocktails amd a full bar. The staff was very pleasant and very knowledgeable of the menu. The food was abundant and very tasty. When back in the area, we will be coming back here again."

"So far so good I look forward to dining in. I carried out I like to test this style cuisine out with fried rice... it was delicious they've got a cool tiki bar with some mature women mixing up custom drinks... tucked away in BETHESDA... definitely best around there"
