"Very clean facility! Bed was comfortable and three pillows were on the bed. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was surprisingly good! Great variety and it was always hot and fresh. I would definitely stay here again. Quiet room."

"Hotel was good for the price. Amenities like pool, laundry, and gym were all fair. Being dog friendly was a plus and I never heard any other dogs barking. I did notice housekeeping combines recycling and garbage - not cool. Front desk workers could have also done a better job greeting guests (I was never greeted when I walked in) and being less busy with paperwork / on their phone when guests walked up to the front desk."

"Excellent stay at Home2 Suites! We've stayed here before and impressed with friendly staff and spacious, clean rooms. Room was well equipped with a full fridge, microwave and eating utensils. We enjoyed breakfast and the indoor pool. It's a great location, walking distance to restaurants and stores."

"I recently stayed for one night and enjoyed the proximity of the location to local stores and restaurants. The parking was easy (and free). The check in process was easy - they do adhere to a 3:00 pm check in time however the staff were able to accommodate an earlier check in around 1:30 pm for us. The rooms are spacious and clean and we enjoyed the fresh cookies they provide for residents in the evening. The hotel was quiet. There were some stains on the sheets we noticed upon checkin and when we alerted staff we were able to immediately get clean sheets. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"Upon checking in, the hotel staff was friendly and nice. However, when entering my room, the hotel wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been, there were hairs in the bathroom(by the toilet and in shower), there were two cockroaches found by the bed, there was even throw-up in the elevator. When mentioning to staff, she attempted to give 10% off, then 25% off- totally ignoring their satisfaction guaranteed sign that sits adjacent to the front desk. Secondly, the front desk continuously harassed us stating that we were making noise and that our door kept opening/closing, yet their was an entire party inside and outside the premises(I’m sure you can guest the race), yet staff kept blaming us. Third, we were doubled and triple charged for our room, even being charged $150 for a smoking fee, when no one smokes. Lastly, upon the day of our checkout, I’m loading some of our items to the car, just to come back to my room to find housekeeping in there with a pair of my shoes and Celine glasses, when confronting her asking her what is she doing, she says I thought you checked out. I responded by saying, how would you think that when 1)it’s not even 11am and 2) all of my stuff is still in here, so you couldn’t have possibly thought that. Furthermore, I said please move this cart and get out. She then put my items down and moved the cart and left. Needless to say, this is was not a pleasant stay, the staff was definitively bias, the room was not as clean as they’d guarantee, double/triple charged entire family(thinking no one was going to look at their bank account), and their staff are thieves- so watch your belongings. I will not be staying here again! The good thing I can say about it, is the hallway is clean and it’s by close to shopping and eatery’s."
