"Great food! The only downer here is the long waiting time to get your food."
"Horrible place. Every time I call at 8:30 because their closing time is 9 pm , they say “kitchen closed at 7:30 or 8. Today I called at 7 pm and the girl told me the kitchen closed at 7 already and they were going to make her some maiz ,if I wanted them it is was fine” I just don’t understand?? They don’t want to serve people and they take forever to give the food. They should set up a time for people to actually understand and get the food. Food taste good but their customer service is horrible!!!!!!"
"My mom went in to grab a few things. She decided to order a soup from the back area. They told her 10 mins. 15 mins later she went to check out. Lady at the front counter asked the back worker if the soup was ready. Back worker yelled back " para la viejita!? 15 additional mins" in front of all of the customers. Very rude and unprofessional. Never going back and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Overpriced, rude ,and unprofessional."
"As I order a beef soup I waited over an hour for it. Once I got there I was met by the owner very rude. I grab my order to go once I got home there wasn't any meat in it as it should be. Story short I went back to the place I was met by the owner again. But now he was furious about me complaining which he state that he was the one that prepared it. I haven't stepped a foot in the place ever since then. Owner very rude not costumer friendly"
