"Just left the store and was refused assistance by the little manager guy standing at the front. I was waiting for my Uber to arrive so I was already pressed for time but I purchased the Edward’s key lime pie and the sticker said 449 and it rang up 549. He would not assist me but wanted me to wait for another associate who was busy emptying a lotto vending machine while he was “ busy” chatting with another employee. So now I have to make a duplicate trip back because he could not be bothered to do his job! Maybe he needs training on customer service."

"My favorite part of going to this Food Lion is miss Deidre who works in the deli. Her spirit is warm and hospitable and as soon as you walk in you hear her saying "Hot Chicken today! She seasons it and fries it up so good that i buy some every week just from her advertisement and friendly spirit. I love her! She needs a RAISE! I also love Shawnee and Ruby - both are cashiers. They are always so kind and helpful. These ladies make my visit awfully special. Oh yeah and the fruits and veggies are fresh. Clearly, the reason I shop at the same location' is because of this friendly staff."

"I live less than a mile from the Food Lion I go there all the time prices are excellent. Customer service is excellent cashiers are excellent. The only fault I find it’s not a big one. It’s the guy they have walking around on the floor with some kind of machine he really has to pay attention and where is going on with the customers you doing because he does get in my way."

"It was clean and stocked. I even found items I don't normally find in Giant or Safeway that I love."
