"I generally like Rosewood properties for the exceptional service. This property has poor service compared to other Rosewood properties. A couple examples are incorrect billing (minor, but an annoyance), cleaning staff knocking on the door and coming in at 8:30 day of checkout, inconsistent service in the restaurant (one day the staff was great, the next I had to try to get my own coffee after waiting 20 mins). There are other 5 star properties nearby, go there, this place is 4 star service for a 5 star price."

"The Rosewood hotel is a great place to stay! Comfortable beds, beautiful rooms, and a great location. They also have a nice restaurant (I only got to eat breakfast there). The first time I ate there was excellent, good service and food! However, the second time, my party waited almost 30 minutes to even get water after we ordered. The meal was a very rocky experience. That being said, overall great hotel with very friendly staff. Despite the hiccup, I loved the Rosewood."

"Room not clean. Shower water either too hot or too cold and can suddenly become cold and need to wait long time to get it hot again during shower! Never had this experience in other hotel. Room smells and not clean at all, especially bathroom. Four seasons would be better choice at this price level."
