"Overall a poor attitude. I have not been here in a long time due to the lack of service depending on who you are. I was ignored because my neighbor, who is a physician, came in after I was there and waiting. I was treated like a second class customer. Only because they are the closest Stihl dealer did I try again. Wrong move. I only wish Rip knew the way this place is being managed today. Funny how it's different when his family is in the store."

"Was told by josh they could Diagnose the problem with my golf cart in a hour. I generously gave them two hours to diagnose the problem and told them after that they need to call me with a outcome. A week later after not hearing anything from them they told me they had 10+ hours in it and could not find anything wrong with the cart. I took the cart back home made it 100 yards and it broke down again. Over and over again. Got stuck paying more labor rate than I wanted to and still have a cart that has the same problem it had when I took it there. They changed some parts but insisted nothing was wrong with the cart and they couldn’t get it to act up. Why they changed some parts is beyond me."

"I took my 2011 snowmobile, purchased new here, to have the electric start repaired. They ordered the throughout gear and shaft. When they attempted to install the gear they discovered the bushing in the bracket was worn and that was the problem. I told them to get the part and fix the sled. After waiting for the part for at least 4 month they come to find out the part is discontinued and unavailable. I told them to put the sled back together and I would come and get it. They handed me a bag of parts and a bill for over 600 dollars. I said the sled isn't fixed and i shouldn't pay this much since the sled isn't fixed. They said there was nothing they could do. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. If I do not get any satisfaction from that I'll see them in small claims court. If you don't want to be ripped off do business elsewhere."
