"Overpriced. I find expired items every time I shop here. I literally have to check everything before buying it, which is inconvenient. So at this point I don’t think I will be back."

"Reading these negative comments, I get the impression that the people who comment are very malicious or fake! Whenever I shopped here, I was always greeted by two smiling women who were very kind! The prices are decent and, unlike other European shops, much cheaper! I don't understand people who buy something that is expensive for them and then come home and complain about it. "I’ve been here a few times. I didn’t think I minded the lack of customer service but on my last visit, I greeted someone behind the register and she gave me a very unwelcoming stare. She seemed really unhappy that I was there. I can’t explain it in a review but it was very clear to me that I wasn’t welcome so I turned around and left. I won’t be coming back. I wish I could write a nicer review but this was a really bad experience I wouldn’t want anyone else to have."

"We had a great time at European Gourmet & Deli. Our grocery haul: pierogis, cheese bread, spices, candies, rye bread, pickles and more! We spent just over a hundred dollars on this and the owner told us to pick another chocolate bar for free. She also insisted we taste the carrot salad to make sure we liked it before we bought- it’s delicious. Varying prices - which is standard for imported goods! Check this place out and stock up!"

"Selection is just ok, pricey. I didn’t find much groceries from Russia, a lot from other countries, but there is absolutely Russian atmosphere - very not friendly service."
