"On January 10, 2024, Justin and Ed from Mold Medics assisted with our basement mold remediation project. They kept us informed throughout the day, providing progress updates and photos via text. "First off - Thaddeus Westley came to my home and did a walk through and determined that there appeared to be an odor within my kitchen area. We discussed and scheduled air sampling test. I received the results approximately 4 days later. Thaddeus and I discussed the results and arrived at a game plan. We then scheduled the team to come in and do what they do. On 18-19 Dec the team (Justin & Justin) came in and provided a detailed explanation of what they were going to do. They were very professional and kept me in the loop at all times. I was immediately informed of what they discovered and the process that was going to be used to remediate the issue.
