"I walk an extra bit to shop at Adams Market, passing other stores on the way. I do so because the couple who run it are lovely and always very talkative and friendly; they will order in items for you on request; its very well stocked, in spite of its size; and its not overpriced like some Capitol Hill neighborhood stores can be. A gem!"

"They had everything I needed and was fairly cheap! Definitely cheaper than Giant. And considering the convenience, it was worth the little bit extra. Plus the lady who was working when I went there was incredibly helpful and nice. Just a great grocery shopping experience."

"Impressive selection of grocery items for being such a small place. I stop in a few times a week for beer. They have a pretty nice selection of crafts, imports, and domestics. If you need cat litter, a nail file, pasta sauce, or an avocado they have that too. Owners are friendly."
