"Clean and well stocked. Took two stars away because the Asian woman and the Hispanic/Arab women who work self checkout in the early morning hours are a bit rude! I encountered these two frequently and on a few occasions they were rude. I would greet them with a smile and good morning and they oftentimes ignored me so I stopped being polite once I realized they weren’t friendly and were just going through the motions for a paycheque and didn’t really want to be bothered or converse. Understandable but still rude and bad manners!"

"This store always has the necessary groceries that I am shopping for and the prices are reasonable. Only issue is there are no spaces to leave your shopping carts in the parking lot."

"The staff at Giant are all great usually the people working the front are awesome. Although the staff at the pharmacy are terrible and after today's interactions I can understand why. I went to get a Flu shot around 3:30 pm and after waiting several minutes the Pharmacy manager instructed me to approach the line. After explaining that I had come for a Flu shot. She then stated that she had prescriptions to fill and didn't feel like doing anymore Flu shots. She gave me a form said fill it out and just come tomorrow between 11 am - 4 pm. I had inquired if they were out or if something was wrong as, I had called twice in the past week confirming the time and ensuring I had my insurance information and proper info for the forms. Again she stated she didn't feel like doing any more, she had done enough Flu shots that day and couldn't be bothered to do anymore. I had asked if I needed an appointment or something she again confirmed that she just didn't want to do anymore. She kindly stated come back tomorrow between 11 am - 4 pm, to which I stated unless I come at 3:30 pm and you don't feel like doing it. I was surprised at the candor the pharmacy manager Anne had, and flabbergasted just found some groceries we needed at home. Again the front end staff are usually very helpful and knowledgeable when lost looking for a random object, or trying to use the self checkout function. But I don't think I will ever use this pharmacy again, if the manager can't be bothered to give a Flu shot during normal operating time how can I trust her to be bothered in regard to my medications or even to count that I have the right amount of pills."

"I think Giants can do better than this, produce section does not have many options. No cart collection area in the parking lot. It is very inconvenient to bring back the cart to the store front."

"This Giant is one of the most popular stops on our condo shuttle's shopping run. The store is always clean, the staff is very helpful, and the prices are competitive, especially the weekly specials. There are tables to sit and have a cup of coffee or a meal. The best place I know for one stop shopping."
