"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, with the inception of all interactions I found enjoyable taking place at the front desk for check in. Remembering names isn’t my strong suit, with my not remembering front desk associates I worked with during the check in process, however, it was not a boring moment, with each second passing by being filled with smiles and sarcasm, followed by me and another woman checking in who I happened to be making conversation with, along with front desk offered us room upgrades. Next, the bar: this was filled with laughter and good food and novel drink options. I overall loved the ambiance, room decor with everything being quite modern. I’d say I’m definitely going back next time during my next staycation."

"My first time in DC, and The Darcy's staff made it so wonderful! The hotel itself is so nice and comfortable, the restaurant was also very reasonable(for DC) and the food was delicious(we had dinner and breakfast!). If we ever go back to DC, we will definitely be staying here again! :)"

"My family and I stayed here during the holidays and had a great visit! It's not in the middle of the main tourist attractions but we considered that a plus. Located in a safe and walkable neighborhood. Room was spacious and clean. Lobby and reception are very nice and designed well. Staff were very professional provided excellent service. Great coffee shop next door. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again!"

"Room was clean however it appeared smaller than on a picture. Bathroom is super tiny. It was hard to get ready in it. The fan didn’t work in it at all. Pillows were rock hard and uncomfortable. Heating/ac didn’t work properly. It was either too hot or too cold in a room and heating/cooling system was very loud. Besides that it was a good stay."
