"This used to be my go-to pharmacy, but I will no longer be using them. They only partially filled one of my prescriptions, which was supposed to be used 4 times a day for 4 days. The partial fill, which they did not tell me about at pick up or I would have refused the prescription, was less than 1/3 of what I was supposed to be given, so enough for about 1 1/3 of a day, but they would not have more of this medicine in until 4 days after it was filled. So basically, I was supposed to go without it. Had they told me, I’d have gotten it filled at another store. The real reason for the 1 star though, is because when I called the pharmacist was NOT helpful, compassionate, and couldn’t seem to come up with any way of fixing this, indicating that filling the remainder elsewhere would screw up his inventory, he’d have to zero it out, there would be two copays, etc. I’m actually sick enough that I don’t care! You just cannot give a patient less than 30% of a 4 day scrip without discussing with them- ESPECIALLY when you won’t have anymore for 4! more days! Wholly unprofessional!"

"Had no problems until the last visit. They didn't have enough of the antibiotic for my infant daughter with recurring ear infections. They did not give us the full amount and did not inform us at pick up that we would not have enough to last us the full 10 days. Now it's taking so long to get it sorted out that we've missed a couple doses and her ear infection could come back. On top of that they are going to charge us ANOTHER copay for their mistake. This is not how you keep customers, especially customers with young children."

"In All my years (beginning 1990's) shopping and dealing with RiteAid (before the name change, under previous to present management), I've received good quality service by All their employees! If or when there was any type of discrepancy, or did not have what I needed, someone would looked into and/or provide an alternate solution! If and when I see an Employee busy doing something, (Patience!) is My Priority! And I have witnessed during my visits, that they Do acknowledge the customers! Thank you RiteAid! :-)"

"A more or less brand new Rite Aid. It is very spacious and well designed to find items with isle signs and numbers. So many other Rite Aids are congested and dirty. There is plenty of parking and they are next door to a Wawa. The also have a pharmacy with a drive-thru."
