"I took several items there on a Tuesday. One item just to be pressed. a suit, dress shirts and pants for dry cleaning. I stated I need the dress that was just getting pressed by Friday. As my daughter had to wear it Friday to dance for Friday church service. They stated it will be ready Friday. When Friday came I went to pick up the dress and I notice they was trying to get my other items ready. ( bagging etc.) I told them I thought they other items was ready next week, I’m here for the dress that was just getting pressed. First they couldn’t find the dress then they said the way they wrote the ticket they thought it was for next Friday. She ask did I need the dress today at I telling them my daughter dance TODAY and I need the dress. They said they will press the dress and will call me when it’s done. I have her my number, she repeated my number to me. I received no call. I called the store several times no answer. I went back to the store and they was closed. My daughter had to improvise her attire to dance. She still needed the dress for Saturday and Sunday dances. I went back the next day to pick up the dress. They didn’t take no accountability for their major blunder. She said she called me several times and left a message. When I asked what number they called and they proceeded to say a wrong number mind you they wrote the number down. They were hen stated the person who answered said it’s the wrong number and they didn’t think to look at the number they wrote and figure out which number they wrote can look like a different number( she wrote her 7 looking like it’s a 4). They still had that ohh well expression and still charged me for the dress. I will not ever ever go there again."

I needed my suit back the same day and several employees assisted to make it happen. They even called me several times for me to pick up my suit. This place is a GEM!!"
