"This store is no longer a Gap, even though all branding outside says so. It’s a Gap Factory. They couldn’t accept my Gap return. Nearest stores are Ardmore and Princeton! That being said, it’s a really nice store compared to other Gap Factory stores in outlet malls."
"GAP as a company is all together failing. Literally, have had several issues with ordering online and receiving incorrect items. I had to drive to 2 separate stores to return the items and have them re- ship the correct items. Some of which were no longer available. Second issue, ( I should have learned my lesson from the last incident) I ordered a dress and received the incorrect size. I asked them to please send me the corrected size. She told me I have to purchase the item again and then return the item that was given to me in error. Why is the consumer being penalized for the shipping error? The reason people order online is for the convenience and it is so inconvenient to order from this company. I am 100% committed to never shopping here again. I order online from smaller boutiques and receive better customer service."
