"I walked into the store, and a very disheartening conversation was going on between the cashier and a customer on their views, politically, about how the New Yorkers moving in were destroying the area. I am beyond offending having come from an area like that myself. If you don’t like family amenities being built to keep children off the streets and out of trouble that, I’m sure you complain about on the daily, then I suggest you keep the negativity to yourself or go to board meetings. Just don’t complain when these bored kids start getting into trouble, terrorizing you in the parking lots with their bikes, skate boards, foul language, the idea of stealing cars for fun, and so on. It doesn’t matter how well you raise your kids, there is peer pressure, bad influences, and having nothing to do around you that start to create bad apples."

Today my regular Rite Aid was out of my medication so I called this one, which I never been to before & it was a very nice experience. A young lady by the name Andrea N. was very helpful on the phone & in person. Even her tone while talking to customers very pleasant. She's a definition of "Professional, Pleasant Customer Service"!
