"This stay was absolutely wonderful. I booked the John Barry suite about two months in advance to have two separate bedrooms in an inclusive suite for myself and adult son to prepare for my daughter's wedding at a nearby venue. Tiffany is the inn's owner and was my point of contact for everything. Communication with Tiffany on my booking was excellent. I thought I was just booking a room to get ready for my event and found out that the inn is an entire experience in itself. The suite was lovely. Photo attached shows the direct view from this room's patio. The hospitality from the owner was ever present. I had a few requests of "could you help me with this" and Tiffany stepped right in to accomodate. Around every corner of the inn we found so many things to engage guests in comfort, entertainment, quirky things to look at and many places to relax. We played ping pong. We came in focused on our event and ended up spending a great deal of time soaking up the atmosphere of the stunning property, the mid century mondern home and the readily avalable hot tea, goodies, views for days. We specifically requested smaller portions of breakfast. Photo shows a really good omlet and there are more options of breads, meats that we just didn't need to choose for ourselves. Five stars. Worked great for our small party of just two while being evident that the inn clearly accomodates families, parties and events at scale as well. Tiffany and her husband are people who know their industry well. They have something to be proud of here."

"I loved everything about our stay. The home itself is lovely and beautifully decorated, with abundant outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the water views. Breakfast was amazing, and the location was convenient to everything in Annapolis, yet tucked away and serene. I didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend."

"My husband, Tyler, and I really enjoyed our overnight stay. We stayed in the basement which had a separate entrance and we could park right outside. The bed was comfortable and the room was super cozy. The house is situated right on the water and the view is just gorgeous. Trixie and Guinness were an added bonus! Breakfast was DELICIOUS. The hostess was easy to communicate with via text and was lovely to talk to. Highly recommend!"
