"Dirty rooms, walls need paint and the bed are horrible. There's no comfort at the comfort Inn at this location. See for yourself if you stay there. They do provide free breakfast which is nice to make up for it. Lol"

"The night desk lady was friendly, helpful and accommodating , especially with us booking the wrong state and location hotel. She was very sympathetic hearing we were visiting to attend a family members funeral. And very patient while we frantically scrambled to correct our hotel error. The hotel wasn't the best we have stayed in but it was convenient and had the essentials needed. Upon entering the room it was freezing cold at 39° outside It had an old musty, stale odor and looked very worn. FYI bring room or body spray, makes it more bearable, it took forever to get to luke warm never quit warming up, there was a cold draft. Street noise can be heard in the room, a semi in the parking lot ran it's motor all night. We were told there was breakfast 6:30am to 9am, hoping for something hot."

"Horrible front desk great housekeeping but why so much attitude for asking for coffee? But the next person walked in no problem having a conversation. Shame the front desk from our first night here was great answered all questions. Shame this incident ruined it. Good thing this was a business trip I would never go here on my own dollar."

"The staff is wonderful. Every person I spoke with was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. The people are fabulous. Unfortunately, it ends there. The housekeeping staff would not give out more than 2 towels. My husband needs a towel, and I have long hair, so I need 2. They refused to give us one more towel. Now, the towels that they did give us were threadbare in places, I mean, I could see through the towel in places. The kitchen disposal smelled the entire time. We mentioned it, but it was never resolved. It just stank. They had no real silverware, just a sharp knife and some butter knives. The glasses they provided were martini glasses (that was kinda funny, actually). There were a couple of bowls and one large plate, and one small plate. No pots, but a bunch of different sized fry pans. The furniture was stained, and I only felt comfortable sitting on the couch after we covered it with a blanket. The pillows were a joke. These little square cases, which had nasty old pillows stuffed in them. The bedsheets didn't have any elstic left and kept coming off the mattress. We travel with our dogs and are diligent about picking up their poop. Nobody emptied the "poop trashcan" the entire time we were there. There was food in the microwave when we checked in. Basically the staff I met were wonderful but the hotel itself needs a lot of work."

"Sub par place to stay. Nothing redeeming about this hotel. Outdated. Poor bedding, wall paper peeling, miniature sleeping pillows. Greasy, dirty carpeting. Place reeks of Marijuana. Located one half block off major highway, with truck and car noise 24/7 as walls and windows provide no noise dampening. Look elsewhere."
