"I love Supafly!! Let's start at the beginning: I came in for a tour and a brief interview with the owners about their business and practices. Alex and Francielli were warm, inviting and professional! The kennels were extensive with a yard and clean! My dog, Sophie, was very nervous having never been around other dogs, and that day, she was lightly introduced to a similar breed and even made friends with the owners' pup! The owners were with me for almost an hour, answered every question I had, provided with me with so much reassurance and lived up to every bit of it! They posted many videos of Sophie and other dogs everyday on their social media while I was away and every time I phoned over the course of three weeks, the owners, despite the holidays and being shortly ill, were always providing me everything I needed for Sophie! All of Sophie's belongings returned home clean with her, after I opted for a grooming, and she came home a calmer girl! I trust this business with my fur baby and I will definitely be returning to Supafly again!! :)"

"First time customer, needed boarding in a pinch. The more reasonably priced kennels around after doing much research. They treat the dogs like their own animals, such a relief to me. My dog was here a week and he did great! Thankyou! I will be returning!"

"It was my first time bringing my little Chihuahua Cannoli , to spend the weekend at Supafly kennels. I had the opportunity to meet the owner Francielly, and she told me a little bit about her story. They just bought the kennel, and she is running the place with her husband and her son, she is Brazilian, and she is learning English. I was proud to see such a strong woman running the business with so much passion for the dogs, and without fear! Learning a new language its a challenge, but she is doing great. You can always ask her number and text her, or email them, that you will be answered. Cannoli had the best time of her life, when I went back to pick up her, she didn’t want to leave lol I highly recommend you to bring your dog, they will be very well taken care of and will have so much fun!"

"I don’t usually post reviews, but thought this could be helpful with anyone who has made bookings over the last month with “All Paws” because they have switched ownership. I Originally booked when location was called “All Paws Inn”. First, I tried to look up the number for the facility, and they changed their name which was quite confusing to me. I eventually realized that they must have switched names, which caused some concern for me as well. I called a few days prior to my drop off date, and was told that someone new bough the business, and that it was under new ownership. The rules, procedures, and prices were different. I asked about confirming my boarding, however the woman who answered told me she didn’t speak English well, and that she didn’t understand what I was saying. I tried to call again the following day to hopefully talk to someone who understood what I was saying, and to address any questions or concerns I might have considering this is my first time boarding my dog. The same woman answered when I called a second time, and she told me she was the owner, and again that she didn’t speak English and didn’t understand what I was saying. She told me I could call her husband once she finished working. I asked if he worked at the kennel and she said no. Moral of the story, I had to cancel my boarding only 2 days before my wedding due to their incompetence to even speak to me, more or less answer any questions I had. They didn’t call to inform me of any new ownership, so if I didn’t call to confirm I’m not sure what my dog would have been walking into. I had absolutely no choice but to scramble to find another boarding program last minute which was an absolutely nightmare."
