"Absolutely horrible experience. We were told out Morkie had a stone in her bladder and that it needed to be surgically removed . So they set my dog up for surgery 5 weeks later. At that time they took her in for surgery opened up her belly to find out the stone is not there anymore. At this time they called me saying they do not know what happen to the stone and that they are in the process of stitching her up and that I need to rush over and pick her up to take her to a animal hospital emergency room 30 minutes away. At this time I rushed her to the next hospital and again my puppy was rushed into her second surgery of the day . At which time I called saying she is out of surgery and that they have no answers to why she was even sent in or even why she was opened up that morning. Most likely she passed the stone on her own prior to that day. Well 24 hrs later 2 surgeries later and almost $8000 later we were told keep an eye on her but nothing was found and she should be ok. Final conclusion from second hospital was Bridgewater animal hospital should have done a x ray that morning which would have told them the stone was no longer there and that surgery would have not be needed. What a horrible unnecessary experience. Stay away from this place ."

"The staff is very friendly. They take the time to listen to you when you explain what you notice in your dog. They get on the floor to meet your dog if your dog is not comfortable being on a table. We have a medium size older dog and she is a pitbull and they didn't care what breed she was. They treated her like the princess she thinks she is."

"UPDATE, AUGUST 2023: Two months after our first visit and unable to express how wonderful everyone is with my boy Sammy and the same interactions with others. Sammy loves this place and can not wait to go inside and visit with everyone. Recent picture posted showing that after two months with me, he has moved from the featherweight division to the super featherweight division. It is my responsibility to get Sammy additional roadwork and prevent him from obtaining my body type. I adopted a nine week old puppy and brought him in for a wellness check. Bridgewater Veterinary Hospital is amazing. The entire Staff is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. It has been approximately 50 years since my last dog, so everyone I encountered provided information that will benefit Sammy (puppy) and me. One visit and no reason to search further as Bridgewater is now the place for Sammy."

"Very very great Vet experience. Friendly staff, and Veterinarians take time to explain what is wrong with your pet. They will have a plan for your pet to get better. They answer any questions and do not rush you out, they really do care."

"Both of our dogs have been going here since they were both, 8 weeks old. They have both been spayed here as well. We have never had any issues & they’re very attentive to any concerns addressed. The staff is professional, helpful… & the hospital itself is kept clean. Spacious enough for anyone in there w a wild pet, to feel comfortable & safe while they wait to be called. The staff is pretty much the same which speaks volumes.. our oldest dog is almost 8 years old so we have definitely been using this facility for about the same amount of time. They also do pet-sibling appointments together which is a plus!"
