"Prices are crazy good and they have really stepped up the produce quality. I was sad to see that the company is doing away with cashiers though, with 6 new self checkout machines."

"Aldi's is a really unique place to shop. If you're a brand snob, you won't likely be happy. If you like quality foods at a decent price, you will be. Fresh vegetables and fruits. A special highlight on ready made meals you can cook quick. It's niche, but I love it. Bring a quarter or you can't use a cart. ( That part is weird in an age where no one carries coins). You will more than likely still want to go to the grocery store that week for specific stuff, but you won't have to. Give it a try. You won't regret it."

"Love shopping at Aldi because they have so many options for your basic necessities. The "Aldi Finds" aisle always has some treats. I've purchased a floor lamp, fruit basket, cutting board, 2 qt. Air fryer, magazine holder, slippers, and a coat rack from them. I've also ordered through Instacart for pick up and delivery which was extremely helpful when I didn't have time to spend in the store myself."

"The store was clean and organized with plenty of space for the opening. There is plenty of comfortable parking and despite the large opening crowd, it was still fairly simple to move around and find things. Aldi offered special promotions for the opening and plenty of staff were on hand to allow for an expedited check out process. Although ALDI prices fluctuate, it was apparent that prices of some things were inflated for the opening since they were higher than the Bowie location. It also appeared there was less produce than is normally available but that could have been do to the high flow of people."
