"They don't even bag anymore. The cashier just asked me how many bags I wanted. She rang it 3 and then handed them to me. I had to wait for the 3 people in front of me to finish bagging. What a joke. How do you get worse than the failed grocery before you? Shop.elsewhere."

"Agree with awful unpleasant smell throughout store. The bakery has good bagels but never have the egg bagels I want. Also got selected for audit (again), which is a major inconvenience. The scanners need upgrading as well. I'll spend my dollars at Safeway and Wegmans."

"My daughter and I visit this store 11/4/23 at 11:00am. We have been living in Crofton for years. We wanted to check it out. We normally shop at Safeway. Overall nice store, but we went to the Star Bucks and I ordered the Chestnut praline latte for me and my daughter got an ice pumpkin spice chai tea with Carmel drizzle. . Well let me tell you It was the worst and the lady did not know how to make it. The latte was very very hot and scold my tongue and it still hurts now from this morning, it also didn’t taste like Chestnut the holiday drink it was more like straight coffee. My daughter was also missing the Carmel in her latte. We told the lady and she said take the top off and she just put the Carmel on top. That is not how you make it!!! Theses people need to know how to follow the Star Bucks Recipe and be able to accommodate requests.. this was not it.. very disappointed."

"I just love everything about this Giant. It is clean, well organized isles and shelves. More importantly, fresh foods, and it's a large store. In a time where Giant stores have been phased out, it's good to see one again, and impressive."

"Usually on Wednesdays. It is 5 dollar sushi rolls for lunch . They are very good with many selections. Made right in front of you. This time we bought fried chicken. Wow! The Spicy is crazy good. Coated with seasonings and fried well — so it is crispy. Regular is good as well. Same crispness. Check the time stamp for the freshest. Giant food has upped their fried chicken. Whoever made the fried chicken Thank You!"
