"Customer service was bad. I asked for assistance to get an item and three Cashiers ignored me because I spoke English. Once I demanded help someone who I assume a manager came and helped me. I recommend that store get a translator line and talk to their staff about professionalism regardless of language barriers."

"Good place to go to if you need a few things. However their prices are a little on the high end and they should work on customer service. The cashiers very rarely have a smile on their face and never really say thank you for coming or anything"

"My mom bought 3 whole fowls/hen, basically a whole chicken, at 7pm today. She had the butchers cut them into pieces. When she got home 45 minutes later and opened the bags of chicken all of the chicken wings were missing! She expected 6 wings but got none. Mind you these meats are purchased by the pound so essentially the employees weigh the meat then steal pieces of meat during the cutting process. It’s happened before and when she asked the staff they said, “not all of their chickens come with wings.” How is that possible? Where are they getting these genetically modified chickens that don’t have wings. It’s a poor excuse for stealing from loyal customers. We will be going there tomorrow to get 6 chicken wings...that’s what the owner offered. No apologies. Anyway, if you decide to purchase meat from there make sure you have them weigh it before and after they cut it."
