"I have been using 1-Less Chore for over 5 years now and I have to say that since the owner needed to take a step back the communication and service has been terrible. The typical service is pick up on a Thursday and get the dry cleaning back the following Thursday. After taking my clothes for dry cleaning on 11/3 like normal, I received a text on 11/4 saying that nothing was going to be delivered until “the week of 11/14”. I gave clothes that I needed for a trip so it was timed for the typical 11/10 delivery. I have emailed, called (which don’t bother because the mailbox is full) and texted since 11/4 and have yet to receive a response. I wanted to find out where I could pick up my clothes that I needed if delivery wasn’t available. No response. At this point, I have no other choice then to use this review to try to get some sort of response from the company that has over 15 items of clothes and doesn’t have the customer service to call me back."

And to add, I had let him know I accepted anything that could happen and I encouraged him to go. This is the kind of personal touch you don’t get with every company. I would be truly sad to see it disappear due to the virus; for there is no way this business could fail otherwise."
