"Horrible pharmacy: saw 4 employees including the pharmacist pretended to not notice me and do their thing (looking at their phones, filling out meds). I had to say "can anyone help me" out loud to grab the pharmacist attention even though she was chatting with a customer seconds ago and saw me standing. Left a review after receiving "please share your feedback" email and got a reply saying "we were all helping people who were not actively present but had urgent situations." This has happened to me before and CVS (that stands for Consumer Value Store) has employees saying a customer in the store is not valued enough to be acknowledged."
