Trader Joe's

"So the one star is for an employee named Josh who was so unhelpful. I was so taken back by his rudeness that it took me a minute to think about our exchange..: once I finally processed it- I spoke to another employee about it who encouraged me to talk to the manager about it since another customer had also expressed concerns. Of note, I thought he was the manager initially since I saw him telling another employee what to do. That’s why I approached him. Anyway, long story short- if u made it this far. I asked an employee to look for an item that is always in stock.. he couldn’t find it. I stopped Josh to ask if he knew about this item, and explained to him that I also asked someone else to look for it— FIRST THING OUT OF HIS MOUTH WAS- “well why are u asking me? I’m confused- why r u asking me if u asked someone else already?! “ super condescending tone.. and then points to the cookie aisle.. not even trying to find out if its out of stock. Like wth! TJ’s is my happy place and i have never had this kind of interaction w a worker here."

"My local go-to grocery store. Store is clean and well stocked. Good selection of groceries, desserts and snacks. Nice assortment of beer and wine as well. Staff is friendly and helpful."

"Very nicely laid out store, well stocked, and the produce (especially the organic stuff) is very fresh! We went out of our way to go to this store vs one closer to our house, because the produce is so nice. And the cashiers are just lovely. Yulissa was ours on our last visit, and she was so friendly and helpful!!"

"very nice store— cause it’s Trader Joe’s. gets packed a lot inside, so I recommend going on a Weekday or times when it’s not that crowded. The only reason I go there though is cause Trader Joe’s specifically makes the best frozen food in my opinion. From Asian (Korean,Thai chinese foods) Mexican foods, italian foods, Indian foods, and much more cultural foods! ^_^"
