"Dr. Kramer is the one of the NASTIEST people i've ever dealt with. Their manager or whoever she is is very condescending. Kramer holds grudges if you refuse any unnecessary treatment etc. If you go here pray you never meet Dr. Kramer. I pray she gets the karma she deserves"
