"Extremely dissatisfied. Hotel was gross. Smell of cigarette smoke work me around 7AM, elevator is absolutely tiny and someone PEED in it during day time hours. My husband had to ask twice to have it cleaned. Doors/walls aren't level so there was a gap above the door on our friends room on the 5th floor. Gap was big enough to stick my hand into. Front desk staff/service staff are great. Hotel was nasty. Pictures will deceive you."

"We needed an affordable place to stay while we attended the game on Sunday. The staff was very friendly; our room was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was great, and the location was easy to Uber in and out of, as well as have food delivered. I will stay again."

"The rooms was super comfortable and clean. Every staff person we met was very friendly and willing to help in any way they could. The breakfast bar was one of the best I’ve ever had during our travels. The kitchen attendant ensured the area was clean, changed items on the bar each morning so extended travelers would have options, and really friendly and knowledgeable."

"Will not stay again. Essentials are missing: shower knobs were defective, shower drain was clogged, lighting in room was absent, bathroom lighting also defective, in-room coffeemaker didn't work, the one elevator was so small very few people were able to use it so using a luggage cart took about 45 minutes. Needs a thorough cleaning and some basic remodeling: the TV remote was gooey, floors were dirty, sheets were stained. Environment: the hallways were filled with marijuana smoke along with people smoking in the hallways. Definitely, park under one of the bright lights in the parking lot and avoid leaving valuables visible in this area. But the staff were very kind and helpful and the breakfast was exceptional. The location is convenient with easy access to major thoroughfares going in and out of the city along with quick access to various restaurants."

"Housekeeping is so rude. They refused to change my bed sheets after telling them I spilled a large sprite soda on the bed. They told me to take off the sheets and place it on the floor by my room door in the hallway. They never came to make up that bed. The woman was very nasty with the way she spoke to me and my grandson. I won't return to this hotel again. Everything else was great. But housekeeping is the worst."
