"Wish I could give less than 1 star. Dr. Belz is horrible. Extremely dissmissive, rude, and judgmental. I also told the office staff we wouldn’t be back due to Dr. Belz and they didn’t really seem to care. After reading other Google reviews it sounds like it’s a regular thing for them. This was the second time Dr. Belz was almost arguing with us about things we do with our cat and dog she didn’t agree with. Horrible. Don’t recommend. Waste of money! Her office exam on my puppy was maybe 20 seconds long."

"Dr. Doreen T. Belz WANTED TO KILL MY CAT! She said he had to be put down and nothing could be done for him, and she also stressed that she could euthanize him that same day. I started to cry and she rolled her eyes at me, because apparently my sadness was an inconvenience for her. I refuse to do so, and after insisting, she started a treatment plan for him. She repeatedly asked for a crazy amount of exams stating that my cat was still sick and we had to do more and more exams, when finally my husband and I asked for more details about what was in the exam results, she said that we were not doctors so she was not going to explain anything and waste her time! We took the cat to a different veterinarian and 5 years later, my cat is still here, happy and super healthy!!"

"I have to give one star to post but please if you love your pets avoid this vet at all costs. They will try to upcharge you and have you paying at least 500 dollars for every visit. If you question them about any treatment they will belittle you and try to make you feel like a horrible pet owner. They took tests and a full exam even when I told them no. If you want to be nickel and dimed then this is the right place for you."

"I can't speak highly enough about this vet practice. Both the vets and the staff have been professional, attentive, and sensitive to our dogs' needs. It has only been 3 visits so far but they are by far the best we have had since moving to the Philadelphia area 7 years ago. This is a really hard field - a lot of sad situations are built into working with animals that mostly have a really short life span. And pet owners can be difficult - myself included, once in awhile. I am grateful people like you are still committed to this work in spite of it all."

"The people who work at this vet office are friendly and professional. They took cat right away apon arrival. The office is clean and busy. I would definitely recommend this vet office to anyone who has a fury friend. I have been going to this office for years. I miss doctor fetcher. But they are doing him justice by there wonderful work."
