"Unfortunately i rate this supermarket as a 2 star due to selling bad and rotten produce I just bought, this here yuca root or cassava root and cut it opened, to see a bad produce, I did not asked for this produce for free, i paid for it i did not beg for it,because I earn my money with work, hopefully this, produce is verified next time more throughly and inspected, is a shame that companies like this loose a reputation big time because of lack of responsibility, and poor management skills. Very dissapointed"

"Customers have to ring up their own items (1 or 2 cashiers, if any ever available)...and they don't allow any plastic bags. Now you must purchase your own papers bags (which is not ideal for customers that walk or take the bus), or you must purchase reusable bags."

"I would give the Millersville Pike Weis a zero if I could. Seafood dept. sucks, we go to the Fruitville Pike Weis for seafood. Doesn't appear clean, clerks not friendly and speaking Spanish to each other, leaving us to wonder what is being said. I go to Giant on Columbia Ave., a much better shopping experience."

"I went in today to get some items for myself and my sweet kitty. I had some issues with self checkout, I accidentally hit finish and pay when I wasn’t done… duh me. The lady working the self checkout was BEYOND AMAZING. I wish I would’ve gotten her name. She came to assist me with the machine when my dumb self pressed the wrong button and still had items to scan. She literally stayed with me the entire time, and helped me bag the remaining items, and double bagged some of my bags to guarantee they didn’t rip. I feel sometimes staff that do self checkout aren’t always helpful or seem annoyed. However this sweet kind soul went above and beyond!! Thanks so much!!! I had to come on here and add to my review, this Weis continues to impress me and go above and beyond. I went in today and needed a last minute thing of cupcakes with whipped icing which I didn’t even know that whipped icing was refrigerated please no judgement. Erica in the bakery, put together something so nice for me and didn’t even complain or argue that my dumb self needed something so last minute. Eric you will forever be a hero, you rock!!!! The staff at this store really know how to support and help their customers. I will continue to go here!"

"They always only have 1 assisted cash register open. There can be a line with 8 people waiting to be helped by a person at the register, and they won’t bother to open another one to speed things along. I use WIC sometimes, and when I do I can’t use self-checkout. They need to work on this, it’s not very good customer service Update: you can finally use WIC at self-checkout which is a game changer for me! However, they still need to work on opening more cashier-assisted registers when it’s busy"
