HQ Nails

"I have to say that I have no baseline to compare this to. I am an appointment to have my daughter's nails done for the holidays. The appointment was set online and confirmed both through text and email. Reminders were sent the day of the appointment. The appointment went as scheduled. It took an hour and fifteen minutes. Not sure if that is good or bad. My daughter is very happy with the end result. There was a cost increase based on her choice that was not disclosed until checkout that I did not appreciate, but I will chalk that up to inexperience."

When your hands are in hers, you can tell she loves what she goes and cares for the person in the chair! Can’t wait to schedule more appointments with her! "Never again! I noticed that my nail color is not even in all fingers and some parts are bumpy. I’m also bleeding in both my thumbs and had to ask technician to be gentle. She didn’t take her time and it felt very rushed. Jenny who is the manager I think, did fix a few things after I showed her my nails but when I got home I noticed more uneven paint. Even pedicure was painful because the tech was just being so rough. 2 stars are only because they were all nice but I won’t be going back."
